| About: | RF Comsult is largely the communications engineering
practice of Rick Zach, MCSE. Rick has been Chief Engineer for
several major market TV stations, founding CTO of a large IT datacenter
operation and has owned and operated a land mobile communications
business and tower rental company. The accumulated technical
background is diverse but in every case, the goals were to design and
operate 24x7 mission critical facilities. Rick's latest projects relate to the FCC's recent spectrum repacking initiative. |
